At Hilltop Estates, we're proud that every member of our staff is fully certified and trained to deliver the best medical care to each one of our patients. We provide a personalized treatment catered to each of our patients to help them recover from their injuries.

Meet Our Team
Kandace Davis, DPT, CSCS
Kandace is originally from Crawford, NE, and attended Hastings College. She received a BS in Health Promotion and Management and Psychology. She attended Des Moines University, receiving her master's degree and later returning for her doctorate.
Her personal interests include spending time with her two kids, following them in their chosen activities, as well as reading, traveling, and exercising.
She moved to this area after graduating from DMU and has enjoyed practicing PT in various settings to include: outpatient orthopedics, aquatics, home health, pediatrics, and geriatrics.
Her professional interests include geriatrics and pediatrics, restoring patients to their highest functional level.
Cynthia Garcia
Certified Activities Director
Cynthia moved from South Texas 6 years ago and moved to Nebraska. She has been working at Hilltop Estates for the past 6 years. In her first two and a half years here, she was the activities assistant, and she is now our director of activities.
Scott Bahe, MHA, NHA
Scott has been the administrator of Hilltop Estates for over 20 years. Mr. Bahe has a master's degree in healthcare administration from Bellevue University. His wife Linda and he have raised a family of three sons and currently has four grandchildren.
Tiffany Donner, SSD
Tiffany has been working at Hilltop Estates for two years now. She was a CNA/MA prior to accepting the SSD position in July 2018. Prior to Hilltop Estates, Tiffany worked for four years at Gothenburg Health as a CNA on Acute. She loves to take care of others, and it is her passion to meet everyone's needs.

Dietary Manager
Kay remains committed to making mealtime a great experience for our residents.
Loretta Smith, RN, DON
Loretta is a mother of three and has been a nurse for over 20 years. She has a passion for the elderly and long-term care.
